Insights Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc. ("IDISI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information processed through CaseBin.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, retained, and protected in connection with CaseBin.
We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"), and other applicable laws and regulations.
1. Information We Process
Depending on your interaction with CaseBin and the services provided, we may process the following categories of information.
Account and User Information
- Name;
- Email address;
- Account information;
- Login and authentication information; and
- Other information necessary to administer your CaseBin account.
Patient Information
CaseBin may process patient information necessary for providing diagnostic and imaging services, including:
- Patient identification information;
- Patient-related diagnostic or imaging files;
- Case or examination information;
- Information associated with the requested diagnostic or imaging service; and
- Other information necessary to identify, process, and deliver the appropriate patient file.
Patient and health-related information may constitute sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and is handled accordingly.
Dentist or Authorized Recipient Information
We may process information concerning the dentist or other authorized recipient, including:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Professional or account information, where applicable; and
- Information necessary to associate the recipient with a patient or case.
Technical and Security Information
When CaseBin is used, we may process technical information necessary to operate and protect the Service, which may include:
- Login and access information;
- Date and time of system activity;
- Device or browser information;
- IP address;
- Security and activity logs; and
- Other technical information necessary for system security, troubleshooting, and administration.
2. Why We Process Personal Information
Personal information processed through CaseBin may be used for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:
- Providing diagnostic and imaging-related services;
- Identifying and managing patient cases;
- Making patient files available to authorized dentists and recipients;
- Sending patient-file download links to authorized email addresses;
- Managing CaseBin user accounts;
- Responding to requests and support inquiries;
- Maintaining system security;
- Detecting and investigating unauthorized access or misuse;
- Maintaining appropriate operational and security records;
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements; and
- Protecting the rights, safety, and security of patients, users, IDISI, and other authorized parties.
We process personal information only where there is an appropriate lawful basis under applicable law.
3. Patient File Delivery
CaseBin facilitates the electronic delivery of patient files to dentists and other authorized recipients.
Where applicable, CaseBin sends a download link to the email address associated with the intended recipient.
We take reasonable measures to protect patient files and their delivery through CaseBin.
Recipients are responsible for maintaining the security of their email accounts and protecting downloaded patient files after receiving them.
4. File Retention
Patient files uploaded to CaseBin are retained and made available through the Service for eight (8) months from the date of upload .
After the eight-month retention period, the applicable patient file will be removed from CaseBin and its associated active cloud storage in accordance with our data retention procedures.
Requests After the Retention Period
If a patient file has already been deleted from CaseBin, an authorized requester may contact Insights Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc. and request that the file be made available again.
If the requested file remains available from an appropriate authorized source, we may re-upload the file to CaseBin after appropriate verification and provide a new download link.
A re-upload is a new availability of the file and should not be interpreted as restoration of the previously deleted CaseBin copy.
Re-upload is subject to availability of the original file, verification of the request where appropriate, applicable legal and records-retention requirements, and our operational procedures.
5. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information processed through CaseBin.
Personal information may be disclosed or made accessible only where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including to:
- Authorized IDISI personnel;
- The patient or their properly authorized representative, where applicable;
- Dentists or other authorized recipients associated with the patient's case;
- Technology and service providers processing information on our behalf;
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
- Other persons where disclosure has been appropriately authorized or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We require service providers processing personal information on our behalf to maintain appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and security safeguards.
6. Cloud and Technology Service Providers
CaseBin uses technology infrastructure and service providers to support functions such as hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, security, maintenance, and system operations.
These providers may process or store information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable measures to ensure that appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
7. Security of Personal Information
Insights Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc. implements reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive personal information against:
- Unauthorized access;
- Unauthorized disclosure;
- Improper use;
- Alteration;
- Accidental or unlawful loss;
- Destruction; and
- Other unlawful processing.
Our safeguards may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure transmission, monitoring and logging, security procedures, backup and recovery measures, and other controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information being processed.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continually evaluate appropriate safeguards based on operational requirements and applicable legal obligations.
8. Personal Data Breaches
If we become aware of a personal data breach or security incident, we will assess, investigate, document, contain, and respond to the incident in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law.
Where notification to affected individuals, the National Privacy Commission, or another authority is required, we will provide the appropriate notification in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. Your Data Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable conditions and limitations, data subjects have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including:
Right to Be Informed – You have the right to know how and why your personal information is being processed.
Right to Access – You may request access to personal information relating to you that we process.
Right to Rectification – You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Right to Erasure or Blocking – You may request deletion, blocking, or restriction of processing where the conditions provided by law are satisfied.
Right to Object – You may object to certain processing of your personal information where applicable.
Right to Data Portability – Where applicable, you may request your personal information in an electronic or structured format as provided by law.

CaseBin may process patient information concerning minors where necessary in connection with legitimate diagnostic or imaging services.
Where information concerns a minor or another individual who cannot legally exercise the applicable rights independently, requests concerning that information may need to be made by a parent, legal guardian, or other properly authorized representative in accordance with applicable law.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
CaseBin may contain links to or interact with websites, platforms, infrastructure, or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices or content of third-party websites that are not operated by Insights Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, Inc.
Where a third-party provider processes personal information on our behalf in connection with CaseBin, such processing is subject to appropriate privacy and data protection requirements.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in CaseBin, our data-processing activities, security practices, or applicable laws and regulations.
Material changes will be communicated where required or reasonably appropriate.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the latest revision took effect.
